Morning 1/2 Day Indian Curries Cookery course-Saturday 9th May

£79.00

A delicious half day Indian cookery course with Bharti, who is passionate about fresh and authentic Indian dishes which you aren't likely to find at your local curry house. You will focus on Gujarati cuisine which shines a light on using seasonal and sustainable ingredients. Just like our ethos here at BLAS.

Please arrive between 9 AM and 9:25 AM to enjoy tea and coffee before starting at 9:30 AM prompt.

You will be making two curries, one fish and one black bean, and you will also be making your own homemade roti to enjoy with your dishes.

Fish Curry-Tamarind and fish come together in this vibrant Gujarati curry, where bold spices meet gentle tang. As it cooks, the flavours mellow into something deeply comforting and full of warmth.

Black Bean Curry-A wholesome Gujarati favourite—black-eyed beans simmered with tamarind and layered with sweet, spicy, salty and tangy notes in perfect harmony.

After the demonstration we traditionally sit and dine together 'en famille' style with a glass of wine or two.

Aprons, stationary and materials will all be provided for you. We do suggest bringing Tupperware with you in case you would like to take some of your delicious dishes home with you.
